Terms of Use
- Reservations must be made by phone.
- Please direct any questions to us via email [here].
- We hope you relax and enjoy your kimono experience without worrying about slight stains. However, significant stains or damage may be subject to compensation following consultation.
- Yukata must be returned by 6pm.
- Kimono must be returned by 5pm.
*Regular kimono and yukata can be rented overnight (to be returned by noon the following day). Please call for more details. - Additional overnight fee: 1,100 yen (incl. tax) per kimono or yukata
- Please let us know in advance if you are taller than 175cm.
- Reservations will be canceled if extreme weather prevents outdoor use of kimono. In such case, if you wish to wear the kimono instore for photographs only, please consult with us.
- In cold weather, we encourage the use of warm undergarments, but please ensure that nothing is visible around the neckline.
