｜Reservations

｜Kimono usage

We hope you relax and enjoy your kimono experience without worrying about slight stains. However, significant stains or damage may be subject to compensation following consultation.

｜Returns

Yukata must be returned by 6pm.
Kimono must be returned by 5pm.
*Regular kimono and yukata can be rented overnight (to be returned by noon the following day). Please call for more details.
Additional overnight fee: 1,100 yen (incl. tax) per kimono or yukata

｜Other

Please let us know in advance if you are taller than 175cm.
Reservations will be canceled if extreme weather prevents outdoor use of kimono. In such case, if you wish to wear the kimono instore for photographs only, please consult with us.
In cold weather, we encourage the use of warm undergarments, but please ensure that nothing is visible around the neckline.
